White House Disables "e-tip" Mailbox

Analyst's Notes: The WH electronic mailbox collecting "rat-out" information sent by anyone who chooses to tell the President their neighbor or friends/enemies have said something they deem incorrect -- has been shut down. This closure is due to outcry from Americans who saw privacy threats in the "service". Many point out collecting such information without making public its reason, use, distribution, and archive practices could become a threat to privacy, or worse.
